DESCRIPTION –

Our online fitness coach will work with you and set realistic targets and help you construct a better lifestyle. This will ensure that your results are long-lasting, as they should be.

You can stay connected with your coach on chat and email and they will help you to the best of their abilities to ensure you succeed.

With our personalized approach and community support, you will be placed in the best position to reach your goals.

Our senior coaches have a combined experience of 8+ years working as online coaches, personal trainers and fitness writers for international fitness e-magazines and websites.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS:

  1. A nutrition plan including meal plans so that you have an exact plan of action along with meal options. It includes suggestions and teaches you to accommodate different foods in your diet. The plan is 100% customized to your nutritional preferences.
  2. A customized training plan that suits your schedule, liking, training experience, and most importantly your goals.
  3. Weekly progress reviews and feedback to ensure that you are on track to achieve the goals set by you and your coach.
  4. Plan modifications and customizations to ensure you keep progressing.
  5. 24×7 support via email, chat, pre-scheduled calls, and community support to make sure you do not feel stuck. Our coaches ensure that they respond to you within 24 hours and you will always have the community access at hand.
  6. Access to a community (via a dedicated FB group) to help you stay motivated and connect with like minded people.
HOW DO YOU GET STARTED:

  1. After the payment confirmation, our coach will connect with you within 24 hours and send you a welcome email with the intake form and requirements.
  2. You fill out your intake form. Our intake form helps our coach learn more about you, your goals, your preferences and all the information that will help the coach set you up for success. The form is thorough, just like our coaching.
  3. The coach reviews the details and will create your plan that includes your diet and training program. The coach will share the plan with you and schedule a consultation.  
  4. In your consultation, your coach gets to know you better, discuss your goals, and explain your plan and their reasoning behind the plan to you. Any required modifications to the plan will be done within 24 hours of the consultation itself.

  1. Program once started, cannot be put on hold.
  2. Once the coach consultation is done, there will be no refunds made.
  3. Tru Fit and its coaches are not doctors or registered dietitians. The coaching program, in no capacity, should not be taken as medical advice.
