Payment 

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made for using Tru Fit Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel the services and get a refund within 7 days of the payment date or before your initial consultation is done (whichever is earlier). 

The consultant/coach shall connect with you after the payment confirmation to get your details for a fruitful consultation. If you decide to cancel the services at any point before this stage, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and the refund will be processed from our end within 3 – 5 working days.

We will process the refund using the same transaction channel (UPI or Payment Gateway or Bank Transfer) and share the cancellation receipt with you. Our payment partners may take additional days along with your banking partners for the amount to reflect in your payment instrument. The average time for the amount to reflect in your payment instrument is 7 – 14 working days. 

Program once started, cannot be put on hold. 

Once the initial consultation is done, no refund shall be made. 

The service is non-saleable and non-transferable. 

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Website or other media channels as well as the price of our services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.
